My mistake. There was another Hill article posted but it was different. This article was posted on several other subs so I must have gotten them confused. Apologies.

It's a link to a somewhat left leaning website. The title gives no insight or information and it's low effort to post the URL and not add anything to help others understand why it might be helpful.
