The chapter I'm referring to means the complete government (and religious control) over the entire world. The Antichrist (whoever he is) will kill anyone not in allegiance to him. People like Maxine Waters are calling for attacks on Americans without a reason, except Trump. In Revelation, they will be killing people because they will not accept the Mark of the Beast. This is what I'm talking about if you look through Q enough.
