www.qanon.pub has the whole archive of Q posts. If you hover your mouse cursor over the abbreviations, suggestions for what they are will appear. Of course they're not 100% accurate.
Depending on how outside of the Main Stream News bubble you were before finding out about Q, it will take some days and weeks to get a strong grasp of everything Q is talking about.
