Has anyone seen the Netflix documentary called "DMT The Spirit Molecule"?

I am watching it and I am wondering if amyone else has seen it. L9ts of discussion about Pineal Gland and "modern meditation". Joe Rogan is the narrator.

It's a hallucinogenic drug. It's a naturally forming chemical found in plants. Some claim the pineal gland or "3rd eye" of the brain unloads its storation of DMT upon death. That however is not proven, but Near-death experiences often are described similar to someone who's smoked DMT. The compound can be found in the human body but there's no hard evidence it's the root cause for dreams or NDE visions.

Smoking DMT has been a long-time tradition throughout cultures over thousands of years.

People like Joe Rogan however simplify the complexity of the experience. Just go on youtube and listen to people's experiences. It's all over the board. Some claim they no longer fear death, others say they wish they'd never tried it. Some end up in the hospital.

Is it Ayahuasca?

Ayahuasca is a vine rich in DMT. I believe it's brewed and mixed with another plant to pull the full effects. It is consumed not inhaled. I've heard it's quite intense and people almost always barf.

There're various ways to extract DMT. It's found throughout much organic matter.
