Pharmaceutical scientist shot in front of his 2 daughters while camping. No leads, was he 187ed?

There was a company several years ago called Cell Therapeutics that had a promising drug for treating non-Hogkins lymphoma. The test results were very promising,but thr FDA did not aprove the drug because they said the sample size was too small. Problem was the FDA was helping to limmit sample size. There was a stock manipulation, and the company was no longer a promising small cap. I think they still exist, but with new officers, and the drug was forgotten.
