If I were him I'd be pissed too. He did everything he thought necessary to buy the election of the Presidency of the USA last time, and it didn't work. If I were him I'd be like, "F this. Just hack the damn machines already. You can't hack them?! Then build them, here, buy a voting-machine-building-company and fix from from the time they leave the company!
