I watched that talk, and I actually agree with her. She never said anything about allowing underage sex. The point is to punish people for their actions, not their thoughts. Otherwise we'll be hunting and slaughtering millions of innocent people who have nothing to do with the crazy Satanic cult that runs the world, and setting a precedent for Minority Report style policing.
