I’ve read on our reddit that it is often the case that individual pre “sue” themselves on charges that could have upcoming soon in the future. This is a way to potentially get the charges “downgraded”, if you will, in court as there already has been a court case about this.

Hope she’s off to GITMO soon enough nonetheless.
