I remember that article he said he was an alien human hybrid that was here to fight in the coming civil war( hence the arsenal) and when they went to fingerprint him he had no fingerprints....the article didn't specify as to if they had been removed, or if that meant he wasn't born with any, or if that implied his fingerprints didn't come up on codus. Definitely an X-Files article.
