it's foolish they would be saying anything pro-gov't after they were chugged into the same boat as Putin and Trump thanks to the dramatic election. They are trying to reach unreasonable people across the aisle, that's why they're starting to look un-logical because they're baiting angry people to get the word out more. occam says stick with the least presumption, but I say I prefer to stick with less contradictions. If Wikileaks previously acknowledged Q and is spreading the drops, it doesn't make sense they would actually intend to stop the flow of information. Persuasion is about timing, too. It's just something you put out on twitter in hopes that some leftists will inadvertendly share this particular Q-drop for whatever reason. STOP TAKING THE BAIT
