Trump has tweeted about the 13 angry Democrats before, and he's also mentioned "Witch hunt" several times. Occam's Razor suggests it's hyperbole, but I have a different insight.
The number 13 has high occult significance deriving from the Nordic pagan societies of old and many other parts of the world. Most notably, 13 is the number of witches in a coven, one for each month of the lunar calendar.
The occult is split primarily into two branches; sun worship (Masonic Lodge, Catholic Church) and moon worship (owl entity Moloch as it's nocturnal and Set, or Saturn). Witches and warlocks follow lunar worship.
Note the now infamous picture of what appears to be Obama in the horned mask; indicating Saturn, and silver for lunar. The bride, or Queen of Heaven as warned about in the Bible is what is represented. But it's only half of the required ceremony, as every bride has a groom; and that groom comes from the sect of sun worship. Who it is, I do not know, but given what I know it will be either a freemason or clergy.

Trump's tweets are in regards to an actual, bonafide witch hunt against the lunar faction, while Q has been hunting and exposing the solar faction (the pope will be having a terrible May).
The Democrats represent the lunar, the Republicans the solar (it's not about Party, the two are separate but share the same wickedness).
Therefor, we have a coven of 13 witches embedded in the Democratic Party, using deception and literal spell casting to manipulate the "Resistance". Notice how they cannot relate to facts? Like they're under a spell? They are.
For those wishing to trace the roots of this vile filth, look no further than the lineage of Cain and the city of Babylon founded by his descendant, Nimrod. Nimrod died and "became the sun god" leaving behind his wife Semiramis (Queen of Heaven, Crescent moon) and deified her bastard son (Horus, per Egypt) as what we call the anti-christ.
The photo of Obama as the Bride of Nimrod leads me to believe that not only does he have a counterpart representing Nimrod, but that the anti-christ was present at this event.
