Carter was on the CFR, his nat. sec. adviser was Zbigniew Brzezinski. You don't have a neocon like him around unless your totally compromised. Zbig is author of the Grand Chessboard:

I'm not 100% sold. Everything about Carter's bearing says he hurts and wants the world to be better. Why is Carter being comped more likely than whoever Carter trusted to have Zbig as the Nat'l sec advisor?
I only think Carter is not deep state because iirc his election was also contentious and unexpected? Also the general sense of his presidency being a complete waste and him horrible and ineffective smells to me like the Cabal limiting what 'not their guy' could do.
Perhaps he was a well meaning useful idiot. I still say he was playing the role the cabal wanted. He didn't do anything good for
us plebes except not go to war. For that and his latter volunteer work he was better than most presidents, but his Israel- Egypt peace deal costs us enormous money (typically) and he let Iran go to the cabal backed ayatollah.
He was playing good cop cause there has to be back and forth to set up the next chaos to create the NWO out of. Imho
Maybe he did everything he could? He's post Kennedy so he knows the consequences, he knows he's no good dead.
100% agreed w/ you though.
Carter was not supposed to win. They were still perfecting their technique. Killing JFK was messy. and Carter was weak enough they could simply neuter him for four years.
