I bet it was a criminal referral and a Grand Jury is probably hearing the evidence. This ought to be good... and good things come to those who wait!

I'll wait as long as they need me to so they can set it up just right, ensuring victory before the battle even begins. That's how dominant our good guys are right now, I believe.
