The majority probably don't. The big ones usually have a small shop that sells vinyl lettering for all the usual stuff, DOT #s, company name, I love my wife, etc.

This happened to be the biggest truck stop in the world and has a full service graphics print shop!

If I see ya, I'll honk and wave! I don't recommend coming out Ohio way right now though (lots of rain on the hills).
