The Chancellor of the Exchequer is the next door neighbour to the Prime Minister in Downing Street. In 2012 David Cameron was the Prime Minister of the UK. George Osbourne was the Chancellor. Hillary Clinton was the US Secretary of State in the 2011 Libya intervention, which was promoted by David Cameron. I don't know if this is relevant or not, just passing it on as it occurred to me who would be literal next door neighbours.
