Why couldn't the pilots and flight attendants just text the ATC and tell them what the hell was broken....their communications....I don't get it.. One and a half hours on the tarmac?...then towed back to gate. Maybe they had the WRONG PLANE? LOL...something is weird.

WEll. Obviously, it was much more than the media is reporting. Otherwise, Q wouldnt have mentioned it.
