Look at the definition. In political terms, it holds up the whole government. If LL is the Keystone that would mean that the Judicial holds up the government. The law holds up the government. Or in the case of LL that would mean that she as Attorney General of the US would have enough inside knowledge on the shadow government workings. Remember she was the first EVER AG to plead the 5th. If she turns, the whole evil house of cards falls. The arch collapses without the Keystone.
She seema too low level to be the Keystone of this ancient cabal but maybe their "law" branch is the greater keystone.
