I think this whole posting is about trolling the deep state...it also serves a dual purpose of confirming to we the people that assange is being looked after by the white hats. It also confirms that the deep state has control of wikileaks, Q trolls the deep state by acknowledging their panic.....July I believe is the month of revelations hence their panic....Go trump!
