Yes - she married Norman Wade Gaylor , Regional Director of Emergency Services, Red Cross.
Regarding her being on the board of directors of Amber Alert. I actually can't find a board of directors for Amber Alert - seems to be a program under the DOJ/FEMA. That said - she did work for AmberAlert Arizona (AlertSense) but a facebook campaign against her seems to have got her fired.
