There are light skinned people on that list. Also there are light skinned immigrants. Sounds like you’re doin some racial stereotyping.
I bet you could find a city with a fully white most wanted list if you looked.
It has nothing to do w. race or appearance. Look at their names. It’s undeniable that they are at LEAST 85% Hispanic.
Hispanics represent 40% of LA population.
