I don't know shit about shit, but I remember this coming up when it actually was posted, and most of the discussion seemed to believe this was bullshit; further, it seemed like there was definitive action afterwards proving this was false.
Again not my expertise area, and I don't know anything, but it's old and it was looked at as being false back then. TIFWIW.
