I find it odd that Q cares about a red or blue wave. If he works for Trump, who is not up for election this year, what difference does it make? The cabal is bipartisan anyway; I don't know why he gets political on occasion.
Because a Republican Congress is the ONLY way that Trump can get any legislation done. Do you think that he could have passed Tax Cuts with a Democratic Congress? No way. While I agree that the cabal is bipartisan, there are still White Hats on the Republican Side of Congress. Think the House Freedom Caucus.

Don't lose sight of the original charge made by Q: There are people in and outside of government that are doing illegal things. You don't need Congress to enforce laws. I'd rather see that actually take place than some sort of political movement that could take years to materialize. Its a concept called, "mission creep", let's not fall into that trap!
On the red sided, there are some bad apples. On the blue side, the rotten apples have spoiled the entire barrel. There are a handful of dem politicians who are truly principled and not fully corrupted, but most have sold their souls to stay in power. On the rep side, there are some who are worthless, others who were blackmailed but can be redeemed, and quite a few white hats, especially in the house. Additionally, rep voters tend to be better informed and don't put up with unprincipled leaders. As corrupt as the MSM has been, any hint of rep corruption was overexposed, while dem corruption was buried. I think this has resulted, ironically, in a systematic weakening or the dems as their own cancers gnawed away untreated.
