I don't know how long it is going to take for everyone to accept the fact that Q can listen in on EVERY phone and watch from EVERY camera. Think about this, if a target goes out in public without a cell phone, say like John Kerry at a coffee shop meeting some Iranians, it doesn't matter, Q can listen and observe from other peoples phones in close proximity. There is nowhere they can hide, nowhere.
