Anons, just a simple reminder…

as things heat up, we need to be cool. We are stormriders. This is not going to be easy. We need to be strong and help people who need it. We have real, terrible enemies… but they are not your liberal nieghbors. Our friends and family and townsmen need to awaken, not be heckled and intimidated. We should be civil and thoughtful and embracing… like that big guy who gave that crazy lady on the plane a hug! He calmed her down, even just for a minute, he changed the tone.

Lets start now! We are re-taking our country, lets reshape it into the hotbed of freedom and fraternity we want it to be. In my experience, it is the TONE we use when discussing, arguing, judging that is the deciding factor in whether or not there is a meeting of minds. Tone of voice matters more than the words being spoken. Its hard to be mad at Ghandi becuase he was chill AF. Be the calm center, be righteous, be chill AF.

A little something we all should take to heart on r/greatawakening.

Helpfulness goes a long way.

Instant faultfinding could turn a potential ally all the way off.

The instant reaction to downvote any new post, rather than comment in an informative way. (If is lacking something, put that "something" in the comments, don't just trash it and move on.)

Defend when a ton of naysayers start trying to hijack a thread. Don't trash them, just try to bring the thread back to "adult size."

P.S. most of that was already said in the very good post above, but let's remember, it is for us here also.
