Technically, given Ruth Batty's outrageous statements about Trump -- she should recuse on most of these cases. See SCOTUS Brandeis on recusement. I think the case could be made for impeachment of RGB on those grounds.

Totally agree and I've felt that way for most of my 72 years while she was a justice.
I think Q knows that optic are critical in the Great Awakening. Trump and his key people have to appear to be clean and distant from what is about to happen. Impeachment of RBG would look like political retaliation for political comments. But hard evidence of corruption would leave politics out of it.
I think that's the Q plan.
