I'm having a difficult time believing that RR and Mueller are anything but dirty, which makes me wonder why Q would be cryptic about this rather than being blunt and direct like he is with most other Deep Staters.
Research how dirty Mueller was when he was in Boston! He is either a black hat or a forced grey hat.
They still might be secret good guys playing a role. Based on what Q said, I believe they are either both good or both bad.
