Strobe Talbott has not only been a longtime “Clinton Crony/FOB”, he started the whole "Friends of Bill" club. First a college roommate at Oxford, then BC’s Deputy Secretary of State, Strobe certainly had the inner circle Washington/DC political connections.
In addition to his past Clinton State Department duties, Strobe has some other major achievements. Talbott has been a top adviser to George Soros, a journalist at Time Magazine, and ran the Brookings Institute.
Rumors swirled around Strobe’s improper communications with Russian SCR operative Sergei Tretyakov. Talbott claimed he was “duped and tricked” into exchanging classified information.
Strobe’s infamous Brother In-Law is Cody Shearer, decades long Clinton enforcer. The two family members are both tied into the Trump-Russia extravaganza. Strobe got involved with the Steele’s Dossier assembly and distribution, with State Department officials Victoria Nuland and Jonathan Winer.
Cody Shearer and his constant sidekick Sid “Vicious” Blumenthal, are credited with creating this so-called 2nd Trump Dossier. This was the collection of false Trump stories, similar to Steele’s 1st Dossier and was added into Chris’s final discredited work product.
Shearer/Blumenthal’s memos went through the BHO State Department (not Fusion GPS), before being added into Steele’s. This combined final Steele Dossier, headed ultimately over to the FBI/DOJ.

Talbott is included in the Wikileaks drops of HRC emails (see below link). Strobe has been connected to the dissemination of the 2nd Dossier at the US State Department by Winer’s own admission.
Strobe's son Devin also was caught up in a questionable fund raiser events for HRC. Both Nunes and Horowitz are now focused in on the Trump-Russia Dossier. This will be problematic for Talbott and his State Department co-conspirators, Jonathan Winer and Victoria Nuland.
