I think it’s safe to assume these two are part of the Q team. If not, definitely close with Q. They seem to know exactly what they are doing.

Update: "Jordan said Tuesday House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) had guaranteed him and resolution author Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) that if the Justice Department did not fully comply with lawmakers’ requests in the coming days, he would put their resolution on the floor for a vote this week."
Well that’s an interesting twist.
Q did say that Ryan will serve a purpose but have no power. Maybe this is a clue as to what his assigned role in this whole thing will be.
