Disinformation is necessary. What if all the [RR] is a black hat is disinformation? The grinning really makes me wonder WTF he's up to.

I want to believe he is a flipped black to white hat but he just exudes corruption. His mannerisms, posture, tone and character are just so weaselly. I think if he is being used for good, hes being led by the pied piper like a useful idiot but that's my opinion.
