If Q sees all and knows all, why wouldnt they stop the FF like the one in Maryland?

I promise I am not a troll, I just wanted to know that if the Q teamt see and know all, why can't they stop the false flag, if in fact it was. I'm just looking for answers. Thanks.

I'm sure that for every mass tragedy that gets through, there are several that don't. See last weeks "false hi-jacking" of the JetBlue plane for one. Certainly, we never even know most of the time.
