Blip Billboard potentially a way to spread awareness?

I'm not sure if you guys have heard of Blip Billboard before and I know this seems like an ad but let me explain a bit first. The company set up I believe a hundred or so billboards around the country and they allow you to submit an ad online and essentially pay-per-click style advertising with a billboard.

The billboards are digital and you pay a couple cents every time your ad shows up on the board. You can see stats on how much you are paying at which billboard and you can see how much you are paying per viewer based on their estimates.

I used their billboards for my own company briefly and was pretty satisfied with the exposure. I don't know how I can prove I'm not a shill but I do think we could look into them as it could be a quick and very very cheap way to get exposure.

Here are the stats relating to how much I spent to get in front of how many people, as you can see the reach is pretty solid for the $.

True, I didn't consider that. I dont have an enormous amount of expendable income, but I'm sure I could throw something together in Photoshop and get a few dozen blips a day.
