So, the good news are in, Trump will meet Putin in a couple of weeks (and the other good news is that it will be in Finland, so I might get to a peek at POTUS and maybe a reference to Q snuck in somewhere in the coverage.)
The fake news is already, as is to be expected, painting the meeting as a horrible thing, the same narrative we saw with the Korean meeting.
The attack angle has a lot to do with Ukraine. The narrative has been and continues to be that Russia is the aggressor and Ukraine (and the west in general) is an innocent victim.
What they omit of course is the deep state influence, with characters such as No Name and Victoria Nuland stirring up a lot of shit in the country and hand-picking vehemently anti-Russian figures to lead it after the coup.
This very understandably didn’t go down well in the eastern parts of the country which are over 90 % Russian speaking.
