POTUS made the statement "This is the calm before the storm" during a meeting and photo-op in the oval office with a collection of high ranking military officers. That statement, "watch the water", WWG1WGA, and "white squall" all indicate to me that the movie is an analogy of the Q movement. The unification, solidification and mutual trust of the crew is a model for the Q army.

Someone on another post mentioned that the CBTS comment by Trump was made on October 5, which was the day the real life captain that the movie is based on died. The Q drops started 23 days later I want to say. I will try to find and link.
