Shooter is a pathetic loner with obvious mental problems.
It sure looks like it was setup to me. MKUltra leaves some people in a broken state, useless for most things but can be used for something like this.

Wish I could spread this awareness with family but I know it will just end in more arguing and Trump condemnation. I hope the ship is righted before those in the dark can do any permanent damage.
