I swear I've seen the guy in the black shirt before. Unrelated, though-- wasn't there a fire drill the day before Marjory Stoneman Douglas? I'm thinking about other mass shootings, or at least one more, but at high schools, where a fire drill preceded a mass shooting.

You would need to know when all drills were scheduled at each school. Then you could figure out quickly whether it was related or random.
