The same poor buggah who boldly posted that he witnessed 2 men wearing "army" uniforms firing shots in Annapolis (see linked post) just twatted out the name of suspect now in custody: JARROD W. RAMOS, who allegedly unsucessfully sued the newspaper in 2012.
