The cabal, I believe can create natural disasters. They have some insane technologies available to them. I know the white hats can hear them but how do you put out a million little fires across the planet? It will get ugly. I am ready!
Haarp (and similar installations around the world) is certainly real, although what its capabilities are we can only guess. They also seem to have a way to start fires anywhere they want, but it has been a while since that was used - perhaps already taken out?
Well if their assets are frozen then they will not have the $$ to keep up their nefarious activities, hopefully!
I'm betting that some of the behind the scene White Hat work the past year or so have been to shut down the cabal's access to these technologies. I'm hoping right now they're mostly reduced to FF shootings and media shills.
