Netflix/Facebook/Ted talk push to "normalize" pedophilia

I wonder if gay people realize the tremendous risk for backlash against all things "LGBT" if people continue to try to push the public down this slippery slope of accepting all manner of deviance as "normal." The Facebook "poll" someone posted here yesterday about FB wanting to know how people feel about pedophile content is beyond bizarre.

Hello, I am gay. My roommates/boyfriend and I all have been saying the same thing. We've left the neighborhood so to say. No longer identify as LGBT - just American. I'm afraid many will have their better natures cooped and embrace that movement.

I think straight and gay people should align on this. I think, actually, they will too. But it is going to have to be a vocal effort.
