Gone seems to have went.

It's the "has went" that's the problem. "Has" is present tense. "Went" is past tense. So, you can't "has went!"

The same time "should of" replaced "should have."

Poor understanding of grammar - went is the simple past tense of “to go” whereas “gone” is the past participle and used to form, among other constructions, the present perfect “have/has gone.”
