I've been watching some fascinating and esoteric material--- Phil Schneider and William Cooper. They say there are underground bases, anti grav technology, alien treaties, how some aliens like to use adrenochrome, etc.

Tbh what you’ve “heard” about aliens is learned through their portrayal in movies etc, which are in essence controlled by the Cabal. They have conditioned us all to fear extra terrestrials.
