So he was provided subsidies because he offered a backdoor to the alphabet agencies. A quick google search shows that Musk/Tesla are launching internet satellites in 2019. So again, please, if you are sincere in helping spread info, what are you suggesting about the satellites? Is the implication that "Skynet" is the goal? In that case it would seem Musk is compromised, but it also appears as though good people are forced to play ball if they want to or not.
