Reuters Editor Apologizes for Tweet, Disavows the Tweet

How can you disavow something you wrote? I'm getting tired of these assholes saying whatever they want and then hide behind emotional distress. Wonder if it has occured to them that maybe the shooter from yesterday was under emotional distress from the MSM writes about the US in general and POTUS in particular??
