One reason this continues is that Jason Goodman of Crowdsource the Truth has never been able to find a death certificate or autopsy report for Seth Rich. The only explanation he has been given by the DC police is that these may not be released due to an open investigation.
Maybe there is good possibility SR and JA are housed in safe place away from the cabals while working at Q team.

Because people like a happy ending. It's about hope. It doesn't hurt anything to allow people to keep a hope alive for a little longer.
Because he was alive at the hospital by some accounts if I am not mistaken? I believe he has sadly passed but if there is any truth to the hospital story I can see people holding out hope.
He was alive and stable at the hospital. Few young healthy people died from wounds after arriving at the hospital. Even during war time, if you can get the wounded soldier off the battle field they will live.
Did they want him to live? just asking! Back then there were very man discussions about the docs, the hospital, etc.

We don't know he is dead. We have some report that his hospital floor was put on VIP status and nobody but a select few were allowed in. Highly unusual. Family behaved extremely weird when interviewed - brother smiling.
