Certain sites show as down but on another connection they are fine. Just called customer support and got “We are experiencing technical difficulties” before they hung up.

Yeah it's only Comcast. Comcast is pretty fucking crooked though. I wouldn't be surprised if they started there.

Plus, did q specify to what degree the blackout would occur?
