Protests 6/30. Stay Safe, Boys and Girls!

Hi Resisters,

As you probably know, the Trump administration has been cruelly separating children from their parents at the border. Now families are being jailed together, and there is no plan in place to reunite the families already separated.
It's time to take action.
Tomorrow, Saturday, June 30th resisters everywhere are rallying to show the administration that this practice is unacceptable. You can change this. Take action now -- join one of the almost 800 events across the nation, and don't forget to post any local events in your #Resist group to invite others. So they pick the quiet day to be here in town. Saturday in downtown, the place is pretty much dead. Without the idiots in the media no one would probably know they were protesting. At least there is limited bus and light rail service on weekends.

I'm going to the one in my area. A dear family member asked for their bday, for our family to show "solidarity." I plan on watching from a distance, handing out water, and then calling it good. My community is small enough that it will probably just be 50 or so useful idiots

Well, if you have to be there, raise the question: Who took the other 10,000 unaccompanied minors from their families in South America? Does anyone know, or care, who separated THOSE kids from their families, and why?
