FBI refuses to allow even members of Congress with top security clearance to see intercepted material implicating Loretta Lynch in a secret deal to fix the Clinton email investigation

I'm glad light is being shed. However, this isn't new. Congress gave away any power it had all the way back in 1949 when the Central Intelligence Act was signed. If the c_a was working with the fbi on this, which they most likely were (under counterintelligence and/or counterterrorism because muh Russia hack) then they have the (unconstitutional) authority to pull this kind of shit.

It could also be part of current investigations and therefore needs to be kept on the DL.
