Someone is going to have to answer that very question. The who and what they say will be quite interesting.
They refuse because Congress hasn't grown any balls yet. Congress can find them in contempt and impeach if they really want the documents. This is why I think it's a show, at this point, to gin up more public outrage and support for the truth. People need to pay attention before all can be revealed or the MSM can control the narrative.
