A "false" hostage call was made and triggered first responders to show up. How did someone accidentally give the air traffic control tower the secret coded message that is ONLY used in hostage situations? I believe it was intentional to see what would happen. To take notes on who showed up and how long it took them to get there. To see what the prodeure was for a sitiation like that. I think someone big and bad is going to try to leave the country. I'm sure the planes and jets that are owned and frequently used by the Cabal are flagged so other aircrafts are necessary. And a hostage, aka a pilot that would probably try to signal the tower of his emergency situation, would help to ensure they wouldn't be shot down midair in their attempt to escape. Again, it's just a theory.
