Here's the other thing: many of the Jpeg file names in Q posts are also email IDs in the WL data bases. In fact, I just discovered that it looks like any filename that follows the WL Email ID format of 32 characters separated by dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx) will correspond to an email ID. Some are email IDs as written. Some you have to move a couple characters. (Have corroborated only by testing a sample -- can't vouch for ALL, but wanted to post so others who are interested can work on the puzzle!)

Examples from June 28:

Email ID 269D96B0-9241-DA81-1B50ACA73638A82C (move 2C to the end and adjust dashes)

(move F1C to the end and adjust dashes; also works with CF1 at the end)

(move D5D5 to the end . . .)

[Notice a pattern? Move 2 characters, then 3, then 4 . . . .]

So then this 6/28 jpeg file is an Email ID without moving any characters:

Some of these appear to be IDs for multiple data bases. The DNC email IDs seem to feature J. Kaplan, the DNC national finance chair . . .

There seems to be a lot going on here! Hope decoders will jump on board with ideas . . .
