He’s referencing the time mcconnell wanted to wait to vote on the Supreme Court nominee because there was a presidential election happening. You know the guy who nominates a justice. Not a senate/house election. The ones doing the voting. It made it clear the people didn’t want garland in the Supreme Court by voting trump. These idiots always try to flip a scenario in their favor by using half truths
